​Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Part-time, evenings; typically between 6 PM and 2 AM, shifts available from Monday-Friday

Locations: Brookhaven, PA, and Windmere Place, PA

Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join the team as an EVS (Environmental Services) technician. This position includes the opportunity for someone with initiative and leadership to grow quickly in a developing company.

What you'll do:

• Perform routine and clinical cleaning and disinfection tasks according to established procedures

• Follow appropriate instruction, including PPE requirements and safety protocols.

• Secure facilities and leave them clean, orderly, and ready for the following business day.

• Communicate supply needs, maintenance concerns, and opportunities to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

• Work independently while maintaining consistent standards and communication with management across assigned locations.​

What We're Looking For:

• Reliability, punctuality, and dependable transportation to job sites

• Attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

• Professionalism, discretion, and timeliness when working in facilities

• Willingness to learn and accept constructive advice

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting items up to 70 lbs

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Must pass PA Criminal History Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance

No previous cleaning experience is required. Paid training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20 per hour

• Mileage reimbursement between sites for qualifying business travel

• Paid time off, subject to company policy
